The Caribbean Creative Gala is The Complex’s first official fundraiser taking place this December in New York City. Its purpose is twofold: to celebrate and uplift Caribbean creatives across music, film, fashion, art, and digital media, and to raise vital support for The Complex. Jamaica’s first creative hub and professional film soundstage.

The evening will feature the inaugural Caribbean Creative Gala Awards, recognizing excellence and rising talent across dozens of categories from Artist of the Year and Filmmaker of the Year to Fashion Designer, Media Platform, Content Creator, and beyond.

Every ticket and contribution directly supports The Complex’s mission to bring world class creative infrastructure to the Caribbean, ensuring that talent can thrive at home while reaching global audiences. 


Red Carpet & Welcome Reception: Guests arrive in style and enjoy a glamorous red-carpet entrance, with photo ops, media coverage, and networking over cocktails.
Art Showcase & Fashion Show: A curated exhibition of Caribbean visual artists paired with a live runway presentation spotlighting designers, models, and stylists, celebrating the region’s cultural and creative excellence.
Live Performances: Special sets by top and emerging Caribbean artists across genres, from Dancehall to Reggae, Soca to contemporary fusion, bringing the island’s sound to NYC.
Film Showcase: Screenings of short films, features, and exclusive previews from Caribbean filmmakers, highlighting the region’s cinematic voice.
Fundraising Moments: Throughout the evening, guests will have opportunities to contribute directly to The Complex through special activations and donor acknowledgments.
