The Complex is Amieré Records’ visionary new project: a 20+ acre creative campus currently being developed in Kingston, Jamaica. Designed to merge the worlds of music, film, wellness, entrepreneurship, and culture, The Complex will serve as a first-of-its-kind creative sanctuary for Caribbean and global talent alike.

💡 Why We’re Building It

Far too often, Caribbean creatives are forced to leave home to access world-class production resources, media platforms, or creative support systems.

The Complex is here to change that narrative.

This is more than just a facility.

It’s about ownership, access, and legacy.

We’re building The Complex so that artists, filmmakers, producers, and visionaries can:

🖤 Our Founder: Kimberly Rhoden aka The Bougie Brat

The Complex is the brainchild of Kimberly Rhoden, also known as The Bougie Brat. a music producer, artist manager, and former tech marketing specialist born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica.

With years of experience in dancehall production, artist development, and communications in Web3 + tech, she’s combining her global background with her love for Jamaica to build something game-changing for the Caribbean and beyond.

“I’ve lived in New York, florida, Bali, Phuket but I’m my happiest, most creative self at home in Jamaica. The Complex is about giving creatives the same freedom and opportunity without having to leave the island.” 

📍 Location

Currently under development on 20+ acres of land in Jamaica, with rolling outdoor space, palm-lined backdrops, and future plans for community programming, The Complex will feel like a creative oasis  but it’s deeply rooted in the realities and brilliance of Caribbean culture.
